Strength Training
Build strength you can grip.
Four compact tools for grip, pull and core work: wrist straps, an adjustable hand grip, an ab wheel and resistance bands. Train at home or take them to the gym.
Grip and pull
Hold on longer.
Your hands often give out before your back does. Straps take load off your fingers on deadlifts and rows, and the hand grip builds the forearm strength to need them less.
Core and full body
A gym that fits beside the sofa.
The ab wheel works your whole midsection in one move. Add a band for assisted pull-ups, presses and stretches, and pick the tension that matches where you are now.
Good to know
Which colours do the wrist straps come in?
Black, blue and red, in size S.
How heavy can the hand grip go?
The resistance adjusts from 5 kg up to 60 kg, so you can start light and turn it up as your grip improves.
Which resistance band should I pick?
Yellow is 5–15 lb, red 15–25 lb and black 25–50 lb. Lighter loops suit stretching and assisted pull-ups; the black loop is for heavier pressing and rows.
Can I use these at home?
Yes. Everything here is compact. The ab wheel and bands need only floor space, and the grip trainer works anywhere.
